Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Canta Esthetic
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our team during the initiation process.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
